Scope and acceptance
By using SAKB, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to contract under the rules applicable to you, provide accurate details, and protect your account. Do not impersonate others or list horses without the right to offer them.
The platform’s role
SAKB enables listings, conversations, rooms, and bidding. Sellers are responsible for accurate details, ownership, and health disclosures. Buyers are responsible for verification and inspection. Listings do not constitute platform endorsement or guarantees.
Content and conduct
Post content you have rights to use and disclose material facts honestly. Fraud, deception, threats, abuse, unlawful content, and artificial or collusive bidding are prohibited. Listings or accounts may be restricted; supported appeals can be sent to support.
Auctions and rooms
The host sets the starting price, minimum increment, and deadline. Bids require active room membership and open bidding. A recorded result does not automatically transfer money or ownership; the parties must agree on completion and verify applicable obligations.
Paid services
Listings are free. Optional promotion and subscription services use the displayed prices and durations. Services activate only after transfer approval. For rejected requests, errors, or duplicate transfers, contact support with the request reference for correction or refund review as applicable. Never send a horse purchase payment to the SAKB services account.
Service administration and disputes
Functions may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, internet connectivity, or media providers. Report errors promptly and retain listing or auction references. Start with the other party, then support where needed. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable rules.
